Horrible customer service!! All they are interested in is getting your money and threaten to repo your vehicle if you're even a day late. I arrived at 6:02 on the Friday my payment was due and their door was open, when they saw me walk in the person in charge looked like she was having a heart attack. In her exact words " Our systems are down, you'll have to come another day. I don't even know why you came in when our sign CLEARLY states we close at 6!" Seems like someone forgot to take their Midol. I REPEAT!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Never again

People (including myself) who make payments here have generally fallen on hard times. So it's nice to walk in and not be treated as a second-class citizen. They have always greeted me pleasantly, they remember who I am if I need to call, and make me feel like a valued customer. It only takes a little bit of customer service to accomplish that, but it is sorely lacking elsewhere. Great job, guys! And thank you!
